Thrust Reverser half does not move when attempting to deploy. 737-3/4/500

Discrepancy:
Thrust Reverser Half does not move when attempting to deploy.

Possible Fix:
Reset Hydraulic fuses by trying to deploy TR with standby hydraulic system
Tip:
Turn off normal hydraulic system, then turn Flight control switch to standby rudder position. Attempt to deploy Thrust reverser a few times. Place Flight control switch back to normal postion then attempt to deploy again.
Reason/Explanation:
The TR can be deployed by either the normal or the standby hydraulic systems. When the hydraulic fuses get stuck,  cycling the system with standby seems to reset the fuses and allow the TR to operate normal.
