The sidewall insulation blankets where damaged, on the LH aft side in the cabin just aft of the last cabin window.
This aircraft was undergoing heavy maintenance and the damage was found after removal of the sidewall panels. During this check an exterminator was hired to eliminate all forms of life on board.
